Runwal Group Cheater – Biggest cheat ever – Never ever buy property from runwal group Runwal Greens Mulund.

We have booked in Runwal Greens Mulund project in June 2010.

Ever since the horror story contineus…

1) The Flat size is small than proised in brocheure

2) Even after paying for super build up theya re charging 14 lakh extra

3) The posssession is delayed by almost 1 year

4) The Builder has illegally taken 100% money with still the work going on in project

5) Unetically charging the interest and threatening consumers to pay this hefty interest going in lakhs.

6) Unprofession behaviour by the Runwal executive

7) No response to the queries of consumers. We have never seen this case kind.

I bought 2. 5bhk in oakwood in 2012 and i was charged for 1300 salable area. Today, 7 / 7 / 2015, i received a letter from runwal greens asking me to pay 27l extra because of fungible fsi. They already charged me super built – up and now charging me again for same thing?

This is totally cheating the customer. I would never buy or visit property which belong to shitty builder like runwal. My foot.
Horrible builder. I feel like cancelling the booking. They always find way to overcharge customers.
I have all the proof and emails from runwal that they are big cheaters and frauds.

Hi, I have booked a 2BHK flat in Runwal Greens at Nahur, Mumbai in Sept 2010 and registered in Jun 2011 The area of Balcony, Flower Bed and Utility area was part of the flat and mentioned in the Allotment letter while booking. but the same couldn’t have mentioned in Agreement since that wasn’t being considering as Carpet area that time. Now the New DR has come related to fungible area and Runwal is charging Rs. 10L extra for all these area. In return, He is going to make a supplementary agreement to just change the carpet area.

Imperia Structures limited complaints – Imperia Structures Fraud Company

I booked units in Imperia Residency of Imperia Structures Ltd. in 2010 in Greater Noida, KP V. I was informed that assured rentals of Rs.18000 pm for 1 bhk because Imperia had tied up with Clark Hotel . But recently I got a letter stating that I would get 6% returns on my investment. They also given the possession letters without clearing completion certificate from authorities.

In agreement of Imperia Structures Ltd there was no clause of cancellation because the cheater company Imperia Structures knew that such situation will arise. When I forced them to refund the amount then they are deducting 24% assured returns and 20% cancellation thus total to 44%. Imperia Structures fraud real estate company has a history of doing frauds without any fear.

I appeal to all who has invested in the imperia structures and their money stuck with Imperia we all together file a group case against this fraud company.

Skytech Matrott complaints Sec 76 Noida – Very Corrupt Builder – Skytech Group Complaints

Guys, I am a buyer in the Skytech Matrott Project in Sector-76 in E Tower. We all have become victim of builder’s illegal acts. The project is already delayed by 2 years and all buyers have paid 95% of total amount about 3 years back. I want to complain about the following-

(1) This builder has unlawfully raised invoice recently for last 5% payment with no possession dates. He has also mentioned in the invoice that if payment is not made within 15 days flat booking will be cancelled.

(2) Builder has called every buyer individually and also communicated some of them that no receipt would be given for this 5% amount and amount must be paid only in cash.

(3) Builder has also instructed all the buyers to come with the following amounts only in cash and not in cheque – EEC – Rs 150 psft, Sewar and Water Charges – Rs 18000, Power Backup – 100000 for 4 KVA, Electricity Meter Charges – 55000+S.T., Legal Charges – Rs. 25000, 2 years advance maintenance Rs. 2.5 psft per month

(4) If any of the above charges remain unpaid booking will be cancelled.

Builder has told that Possession can not be given due to NGT issues.

Guys this is really painful. Do not know what to do. Pl advice

We had carried out the interior work for the food court at R- city mall Ghatkoper, for Runwal group .It’s had been more the 9 months they have not paid the balance outstanding. Every time we send mail we get a standard revert will happened next week. From what I understand like us there are many other vendors not paid?So want to make aware other contractors to be careful to work with Runwal Group.

Sandeep Runwal is a smooth talker but doesn’t pay people and his accomplice in crime is the bigger conman called Anupam, who is the Mall In charge, he is the bigger fraud then Sandeep Runwal.

I’ve never been troubled by any person or corporate like the Runwal Groups. Government Offices far better than the executives and management they’ve in place to handle things; very unprofessional. I bought an apartment at MYCity Runwal (Dombivali). I paid the amount they mentioned by Jun; where they mentioned that the allotment letter would be provided in couple of weeks time. After following up every two weeks they have the same answer that they had a lot of bookings so that letters are been dispatched in batches.In the month of Aug, when I again had a discussion with them, they say they cannot courier the letter; the customer has to come their Sion office to collect it. Total nonsense. By god’s grace I was able to make them courier them atleast to their Dombivli site; from where my Dad collected the letter. Then in a couple of weeks I get calls from them saying Rs. 1669 is pending from my side. After paying Rs. 8, 00, 000 now they are asking for Rs.1669 which never mentioned during the booking or the payment made later on. (I paid that amount as well in couple of days) Over all this mess, the allotment letter they provided had no signature from the Director. Ridiculous!!! When I asked them to get it collected from my home, they denied saying its not in their process. Bullshit…And they made me courier it to their Sion office. Today is Dec1, 5 months after I paid them the money still waiting for allotment letter. Troubled and irrtated by this unprofessional behaviour.

Skytech Builders – Skytech Builders complaints

In November 2013, I have got possession in my apartment at Skytech Merion Residency -2 , Crossing Republik, The builder has promised so much things that has not delivered like: Club house, children’s park till today (02-Oct-2014), and he has not given penalty also, and also given the threat to me that, I have so much lawyer and they will take care it and you would not get your flat also.
As promised during booking that external electrification would be charged at 50 Rs per Sqft which have been changed to 100 rs. per sqft later on with out letting anyone know saying that Govt has revised the rates for this I am not sure how Govt has made this much heavy change if they did.(I doubt on this)
Usually Maintenance of the newly constructed building been taken care by Builder for at least 18 months but this builder has mandate this from the day they have issued the possession letter.

Since the time I have entered in the house the problems have started and fulfilled the promise, below are some examples of the problems I am facing since the time :
Status as on 2.Oct.14

Signed copy of Agreement for Maintenance – Has not been received.

Details/ receipt of individual’s monthly consumption – Maintenance, Power & DG – Not ready to give.

Separate Exit & Entry for Basement (-1) parking – misshaping may happen at any moment This is against the GDA rule, There are entry and exit is same for basement..

Proper cleaning of Basement – No proper flooring

Full time Carpenter & Plumber, exclusive for Phase 2 – no full time Plumber, electrician and carpenter also.

Meter Load – Can’t run two ACs (1.5 tonn) on main line. – He has promissed 4 KVA, but not delivired

Signboard of Society name at 2nd gate (Entry gate) – There are no signboard of society on second gate.

Benches at ground floor – Promised, but not delivered

Park / Greenery at Ground floor – Promised, but not delivered. But charging the maintenance fee for Park

Wi- fi facility in the society – Promised, but not delivered. But charging the maintenance fee for Wi – Fi

Club House – Promised, but not delivered, But charging the maintenance fee for club house.

Texture Paints in one room – Promised, but not delivered

Flooring of Basment and Ground floor not delivered

Children Park – Promised, but not delivered But charging the maintenance fee for children park also.

The Most important thing, The staffs of Skytech office at Sec-63 and Project manager are always ready to fight. They will not listen you at any moment.

Runwal Builders are totally fraud. Instead of building flats they have motive for extracting money by cheating customers.
All their sales / customer service people are total liars and promise you anything to get money.
After that they have nothing to do on what has promised. Do not deal with them at all.
There is no point in waisting your hard owned money and loose peace of mind by dealing with these bogus company.
