Livspace Complaints – would not recommend Livspace to anyone! – charge us at least 40% more than market rates with zero transparency on where is the money going

Livspace is trying to make a process for the enitre house design work but has not been able to do it yet. The process is more on paper, but not feasible and practised in principle at all. We got our 3BHK done from them in Mumbai and wanted a hassle free project as we cannot afford to spend a lot of time. However, every single member in the team is extremely slow. The design phase took 3 months because the designer would not send us 3D designs in time and took weeks. After that, the execution was promised in 2 months but its 4 months already and still another week or so to go.
People on the project dont talk to each other due to which there is always a huge communication gap. The designer quality is average and most of the design work was our idea. She only helped us execute it. With a ticket size of 25 Lakhs, I would have expected a more senior designer and a smooth execution but clearly noone cares. The project head does not speak to us once the project was sold and project managers and designer is left to handle goof ups. There is no proper escalation matrix and we are left with struggling with the same set of people who cannot help.
On top of all this mess, they charge us at least 40% more than market rates with zero transparency on where is the money going. The only saving grace in this project was the contractor whose work is really clean and he is very professional. Its an irony that the organized set up was disappointing and the contractor who I was vary to deal with turns out amazing. I wish I had found him earlier directly, I would have designed the house and got it executed through him directly and saved at least 5-7 Lakhs. I would not recommend Livspace to anyone!

Livspace Complaints – horrible experience with Livspace which I gone through.

Livspace is really very bad in keeping there promise once the initial 10% payment is done to start your project. After which you bad time starts and you end up following with him starting from project design until your material is delivered and executed. They are all behind money and nothing to care about customer problem. No time to time update from them regarding the project. And if at all if you are going through EMI with Bajajfinsrv then your project again get delayed and Livspace will never help in sorting out the problem and it comes over your head to fix the issue with Bajajfinsrv. Overall this is a horrible experience which I gone through.

Opulentus immigration overseas careers is truly a fake business just to earn money . They don’t share their correct information with their customers . They come up with hidden costs and trap their customers only after the customer pay them money. Post repeated calls on clarification they are extremely rude with their customers. Not only that once the customers are trapped, the refuse to refund their hard earned money and to top it all they do not call back in spite of repeated requests . If you try to reach the specific person through the numbers provided they never even bother to come on the call . Dhruv Galgotia Jail – Acting on the orders of chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Khaliquzzama of Agra, city police arrested Dhruv galgotia

Acting on the orders of chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Khaliquzzama of Agra, city police raided the house of Galgotia University’s chairman Sunil Galgotia in Noida and arrested his wife Padmini Galgotia and son Dhruv Galgotia.

The raid and arrests occurred on Tuesday. The case relates to alleged forgery and default on repayment of loans totalling over Rs 100 crore. The case was lodged last month by SE Investments Limited at Hari Parwat police station in Agra. Sunil Galgotia managed a stay from the Allahabad high court.

Senior lawyers of the district court tried hard to obtain bail also for Padmini and Dhruv Galgotia, but the CJM ordered that the two be placed in 14 days’ remand.

The complainant told police that owners of Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society, managed and run by Sunil Galgotia, had taken loans from them and defaulted on instalments despite several reminders.

The investment firm alleged that Sunil Galgotia had presented various fake documents to get loans, including fake balance sheets.

SSP Shalabh Mathur said that the FIR mentioned that Sunil Galgotia has taken 10 loans from SE Finance Limited in two years, from 2010 to 2012, ranging between Rs 80 lakh and Rs 37 crore. The total liability, inclusive of interest, was Rs 120 crore. The Galgotias had to return the money in 24 instalments but stopped repayment after just the first few instalments.

The investment firm issued notices to the society, but received no reply, the complainant said.

“As per the company’s declaration, the Galgotias have to pay a sum of Rs 120 crore to the SE Investment Company. This includes interest on the huge sum as well,” the SSP said.

The court has issued non-bailable warrants against four people in this case — Sunil Galgotia, his mother Jugnu, wife Padmini and son Dhruv.

Sunil Galgotia managed a stay from Allahabad high court while police arrested Padmini and Dhruv from their Noida home on Tuesday.

Sunil Agarwal, managing director of SE Investment Limited told TOI that after the complaint lodged in Agra, the owners of Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society approached the Delhi high court. In their application before the high court, the Galgotias claimed that their institution was facing a huge loss. He added that the case, however, pertained not just to the loan amount, but also the forgery of documents to avail loans.

“At the time of taking the loan, the Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society presented fake documents. They claimed that Galgotia University was part of Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society, but in the Delhi high court, they claimed that the varsity was a different organization. We also came to know about various irregularities committed by the Galgotias, including embezzlement. That is when we decided to file the case against Sunil Galgotia,” Sunil Agarwal said.
