Neuberg Diagnostics Reviews – Very Bad Experience of Home Collection Service Reporting
I have used Neuberg’s service for some time. Yesterday, (10 Mar 2024), I had given my blood sample for a variety of tests prescribed by my brother an experienced doctor, of total billing ₹2100. Home collection technician did not know some basics of blood analysis. Later on when I downloaded the reports, I found that one test result was missing in the 5-page report. When I complained to Neuberg Call Centre, I was immediately sent a 6-page report-one page added- without the test result! When I called again, one assistant tried to convince me that the result that had been sent was the one I had ordered! Like this I make as many as 6 calls trying to follow up and every time a new person would answer the phone and make me repeat my complaint. During one call, I heard the voice of a previous technician I had spoken to, ane who was supposed to be busy, coaching the person attending the call as to what to reply! I spoke to as many as 6 different employees of Neubeg, each of whom would promise to find out the problem and call back an never did. I then realized that some mistake had been made and that the call centre attendants were in some cover up game mode in which a different person would attend my call every time I called. And none of them would put me through to the supervisor – who may be dodging himself.
