Airtel – Non receipt of Bill towards land line no 033-40671085

The subject monthly bill has not been received for the month of June’14 subsequent to my consent for autopay option to HDFC bank . The payment against the bill amount has already been credited to AIRTEL based on the intimation sent by AIRTEL to HDFC bank Card Division but no bill has been sent to me so far . In absence of the bill I am in trouble to claim the amount back from my employer . Pls send me the bill immediately . Airtel, Mumbai – Missuse without id sim-9867293765

Dear sir/madam,

Your company provide sim without id so missuse problem stand.
And stand problem for every girl. So girl have in fear.
I checked this sim card details but not received details.
Company should be block this sim card for stop missuse.
You can get call records of this number for your proof.
He is call to my number & talk with my wife. He is know about my wife.
My wife is in very problem for his talking. So i will complain of your company & this Person.
Pls solution it..And block sim card and give me personal details of sim card holder.

Airtel – Customer service providing false details and very poor customer service

I am using Airtel prepaid number. My phone number is 9650845969. While checking my 3G balance. I got additional information. ” Unlimited 3G @ Rs . 655″. I called customer service team on same day to confirm about that deal and specially about the Internet speed and if there is any limit of 3G data and speed . The customer service representative informed me that I will get unlimited 3G data for 28 day at same 3G speed. After confirm with customer representative I made a recharge of Rs. 655. The internet speed was fine upto 3gb data and then speed was getting very low even I was not getting 2G speed. I called customer service and informed about the same. The representative informed me that the 3G data limit was only upto 3gb only and then speed will be down @80kbps. I asked him then I was told that I will get unlimited 3G data speed for 28 days. Then the representative told me in very rudely way that this is the speed this plan and he can’t do anything in it and cut the phone. I called 121 team again but got same response. Then I called 198 to complaint about the same but they also told me that in Rs 655 recharge I will get 3G speed upto 3gb data and after that unlimited internet @80kbps and did not registered any complaint. After that I send mail to nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com about my query. They replied also I received a call from +919971003835. A person Manoj called me an told me that I need to maintain at least Rs 5 Balance in my Airtel number and then I will get proper speed. And if I face any issue I can call on that same number.

After this conversation I made a recharge of Rs 100 and then I also got very worst speed even a Web page can’t open in my phone also no internet connectivity with my apps. I called back on same number but I was unable to connect with Manoj. His colleagues picked up the phone and told me that they will inform Manoj and I will get call back within 10minutes but I never got any callback I tried multiple times on different days but I got same response that I will callback within 10 minutes and then they cut off the phone and did not hear my query. I also sent mail on same email address but did not get any reply of that mail and never got callback from Manoj.

Then I called 121 customer service again and informed that I am not getting even @80kbps speed as they later promised me. The customer service representative informed me that he will transferring my call to their technical department but they cut the call. I called back again and they registered my complaint about low internet speed. I was just getting 2-10bps and even none of my apps unable to connect to internet. On same day I got message.

“Ref.no.C3GSP30428144249 ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne
par, SMS kijiye MO 54321 par”

I did all the steps as mentioned above. Bug there is no any improvement in my internet speed.

Again I called customer service and they registered my complaint again. And I got same message again after few minutes.

“Ref.no.C3GSP30428389471 ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne par, SMS kijiye MO 54321 par.”

I did the same as mentioned above but still the Internet speed is worst about 10bps.

I again called to customer service THIS TIME I GOT 1 MORE INFORMATION THAT IN MY RS.655 RECHARGE I WILL GET 3G SPEED UPTO 3GB DATA AND 80kbps SPEED UPTO 3GB DATA THIS IS THE LIMITED DATA WHICH I CAN USE IN THIS PLAN. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT WHY DIDN’T THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INFORMED ME ALL THE INFORMATION WHEN I CALLED FIRST TIME WHEN I CALLED THEM TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PLAN. ALSO WHY THEY (AIRTEL) CALLED THIS AS UNLIMITED 3G @RS. 655 THIS IS SUCH A FAKE ADVERTISMENT TO GET INTO POCKET OF CUSTOMERS.

Again the customer representative registered my complaint. And after few minutes I got same message.

“Ref.no.C3GSP30429592073 ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne par, SMS kijiye MO. 54321 par.”

Still same worst speed after followed all the steps again BUT SPEED STILL WORST. HOWEVER I SHOULD GET 3G SPEED AS INFORMED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO ME WHEN I CALL ED FIRST TIME.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TALKING VERY RUDELY TO THE CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION.

AIRTEL SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY BACK AS THEY PROVIDE ME FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLAN.

Airtel Digital TV – Worst Service and ill-mannered agency guys

We are connected with Airtel Digital TV ( Customer Id: 3001924270) from past 4-5 years. But have never seen such a degrade of services that we have faced in the last year. Set top box, depending on its mood, starts on its own giving an error and asking to re-insert the top up card. A complaint was lodged with Ref No. 36303190 on 25th Feb, 2014. We were given the contact number of the assigned service engineer named Anil (contact no–9896808741) by some lady from service center ( contact– 9896971333). Engineer confirmed on call that he will be coming in 20 min but for the whole day, he was just be-fooling us, giving his location details and telling that he will be available in the next 20 minutes and till EOD, no-one showed up. Everybody has got his work to do. My father took an off for the day and the time was all waste. Is this called the commitment from company? After 2 days, same guy called up at 16:37 on 27th Feb, 2014 saying he will be coming by evening. My father was out of town. Nobody was home. So he told the same. And today we got a call from your customer care and we were told that the assigned engineer has reported the complaint as —” subscriber not willing to get resolution for the complaint”. on 2nd march, again we were given a reference no. 36387989 detailed as WRONG RESOLUTION and same thing was conveyed by the care executive that engineer will be available by evening and we didn’t even get a call. On 13th march we called up the technician( Anil ) again and he assured that he will come next day. So on 14th march, the very busy guy arrived at last. But with a surprise that we will have to pay a 400/- Rs. for changing the STB as the warranty period, that was 6th march, 2014, has crossed. I called up the customer care same moment and the executive lady on phone also confirmed on phone that complaint filed in-warranty will be entertained as free. He even misbehaved her on the phone saying — “BAKWAS MAT KAR. TU MERI BAAT SUN”. She escalated this issue to someone at higher position who called us back from No. 7314243055 He talked to the technician and the rude guy also confirmed him over phone that he will replace it without charging the fee. After hanging up the phone, his voice changed. He said i am replacing the STB but you need to call up the customer care number again and they will give you an SR number( the third time) and then it will be activated by main office. Don’t know what is this main office? and what do they work. After this ruthless guy’s departure, I have called up on customer care number 4-5 times, someone keeps on hold for 10-15 minutes and phone hangs up itself, someone says she is giving an SR number through SMS but nothing comes up. Some one launches a Complaint and says Engineer will come next day. But he came today it self and said he can not activate it. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service either you call it from service center end or the technician or company itself. Please help.

Airtel – Incorrect Charges applied on Bill

Airtel has sent me a bill for the month of Feb which is incorrectly calculated. The customer care people are not giving proper response. I want the charges to be reconsidered as when I requested to change my bill plan no one intimated me that the data I’ve already used will also be billed in the next months bill. The day when I changed my plan I haven’t used any data services. I will not pay the bill over and above my bill plan. I ported this number to Airtel assuming that I will get the best service with regards to customer service, but here is not. Its very disappointing. Mob Number 9870050503 The latest ref no 55170923

Airtel – Network Problem in Siruseri TCS Office EB6 block

We have network problem in EB6 building only. Up to the entrance we can call, but after that, inside ODC we dont have much tower. We cant call because of that issue. This is one of the biggest building in the ASIA, here itself we are facing this issue means, what is the use of using Airtel Network. Please solve this issue ASAP

Airtel – Network and Internet Service Too Bad and unreliable

I have been a customer of Airtel since 2006. I have been facing call drop and net connectivity issues since 2-3 months and no resolution is being provided till date after my repeated complaints. I tried to contact the customer service desk about 15-20 times but was not able to connect to the mobile service. when the IVR was asking me to enter 1 for mobile service even when i entered 1 it was not accepting. This is really poor service by Airtel. I have tried all methods to resolve this issue but your service department is not supporting anything. The information provided to me is not helping me in any way at all. Today was the end of my patience as i was calling customer service and it was not connecting. I have the entire video recording of the call that i was making and IVR was failing to respond to any of my requests (i can share the video recording anytime). How can a customer get good service where he is not able to connect to the customer service dept. when i contacted the customer service dept. the executive told me a solution. It was to go to the Airtel service center and get the SIM checked. There is no method to check the SIM at any of your Airtel Service centers. The executive just checked the sim manually and returned it to me again. The problem thus remained unresolved. If anyone can help me within the next 24-48 hrs i wont move to another service provider, else i will consider doing number portability with another service provider. Airtel horrible service has forced me to take this decision. If my complaint is not resolved i will approach the top management of Airtel (i know all he contacts) and raise this issue. Thanks Milind
