Airtel – Incorrect Charges applied on Bill

Airtel has sent me a bill for the month of Feb which is incorrectly calculated. The customer care people are not giving proper response. I want the charges to be reconsidered as when I requested to change my bill plan no one intimated me that the data I’ve already used will also be billed in the next months bill. The day when I changed my plan I haven’t used any data services. I will not pay the bill over and above my bill plan. I ported this number to Airtel assuming that I will get the best service with regards to customer service, but here is not. Its very disappointing. Mob Number 9870050503 The latest ref no 55170923
