I was traumatized by wrong blood test results. Again, blood test was done at another place and everything came back as normal. Before doing the blood test, you should choose the most reliable place. The doctor prescribes the pills based on your blood test report.

I have used Neuberg’s service for some time. Yesterday, (10 Mar 2024), I had given my blood sample for a variety of tests prescribed by my brother an experienced doctor, of total billing ₹2100. Home collection technician did not know some basics of blood analysis. Later on when I downloaded the reports, I found that one test result was missing in the 5-page report. When I complained to Neuberg Call Centre, I was immediately sent a 6-page report-one page added- without the test result! When I called again, one assistant tried to convince me that the result that had been sent was the one I had ordered! Like this I make as many as 6 calls trying to follow up and every time a new person would answer the phone and make me repeat my complaint. During one call, I heard the voice of a previous technician I had spoken to, ane who was supposed to be busy, coaching the person attending the call as to what to reply! I spoke to as many as 6 different employees of Neubeg, each of whom would promise to find out the problem and call back an never did. I then realized that some mistake had been made and that the call centre attendants were in some cover up game mode in which a different person would attend my call every time I called. And none of them would put me through to the supervisor – who may be dodging himself.

One of the worst and fraud people, they change reports at backend , never rely on them, who so ever is the owner Patel and all, Kindly shut this worst lab and stop fooling people, this case is specifically for Gurgaon.

Highly doubtful 5 star reviews. Our experience did not go well. Person-in charge is not at all professional. No commitment to sample picking timelines. Infact, getting report also involves much of effort, wastage of time and patience . When we visited personally to get the report, counter staff asked to wait till person-in charge approves from system. Not recommended at all.

Customer support and call center is quite unprofessional and unsupportive. After giving sample you will need to follow them again and again. Even if you talk to them on call for asking expecting date, they will ask you to call again in 2-3 days to let the status know. Kind of a black hole where you can keep on waiting. Unprofessional, don’t know how to talk !

This is the worst lab I ever seen. I gave sample for quadruple marking. The result show some risk is associated. The same test I gave in three other labs on same day. In all other labs the result are negative. They intentionally manipulate the results. Especially Dr. Niharika Singh. She in quite unprofessional and have least knowledge. I crossed check the report from 4 doctors. The report was incorrect. Please don’t go for this lab.
I am going to file a case against this lab. The registration should be cancelled.

Place is Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Myself & wife took package of nos. Of test dated 26th Jan’21 from Neuberg Diagnostic. We got very strange results. After On 6th Feb we went for retest from same lab. Results changed drastically from 1st report. Vit D become double, Vit B12 Half etc. LDL from high risk comes to normal.
On enquiry they told.. earlier they have conducted test from some random hospital & 2nd time from their own lab. Look such a fake diagnostic lab is operating.
They have taken blood 2 times still giving false reports. Pathetic
