Is Spectrum Metro the new name for Noida Business Park, the commercial project from Aims Max Gardenia consortium in sector 75? I had booked a shop in Noida Business Park in 2011. Now when I called the builder, I was told that the project has been sold to different builder and they have launched it with new name “Spectrum Metro”. If you have any knowledge of this project, please share.
