Rudraksh Group Mohali Fraud company is not giving my payment refund – Rudraksh Group Mohali Complaints

I visited Rudraksh Group Mohali fraud travel agency on 24th of april 2018 for singapore work visa and deposited Rs.36000 as their agency fees. After that they demanded Rs. 378500 for bond agreement with the singapore company on 2/05/18.

They assured me that within 5-6 months your work visa will come. But nothing happened. Their fraud representative are simran, sandeep, ankush, gurfateh. Their legal advisor sandeep and ankush failed to give the right justification.  After this incident i realised that this rudraksh group immigration Mohali company is fraud and i cancelled my contract with them on 15/11/18. They gave me in writing that they will clear my payments on 25th of february 2019 but till date they failed to make up their commitments. They only making excuses and rudely said, “kar lo jo karna hai hun nahi return karne ge”. They I am attaching here few proofs here. My request to others please don’t trust them. Rudraksh group is a fraud immigration agency. Please beware.

Rudraksh group not returning money after they failed to provide working visa for canada – Rudraksh Group Fraud Company

Rudraksh Group persons https://www.rudrakshgroup.in/ said me they not give me my money and also told me if i came there office they complain against me.

I have deposited amount of  Rs.280560/- in 2017 march and april month and all required documents at rudraksh group sco-16 mohali ph-1 near ssp mohali office. Rudraksh Group promised me that with in 3 month i will get my visa and lmo letter from canadian firm. Till now i have been there for several times while in this period of time persons i have interacted with gave me false details and made several excuses, during one of my visits in july 2018 they told me in august month your payment will be refund but till date they doesn’t give me my money and passport i told them i will complaint against company that time.
Dilpreet ,Sarita, Ridhima and Harminder are the persons i have been in contact. They said me they not give me my money and also told me if i came there office they complain against me.  Please help me to get my hard earned money from these bunch of cheaters.

Suicide outside Rudraksh Group Mohali immigration office: Rakesh Rikhi owner of Rudraksh group Mohali arrested.

THE MOHALI Police on Sunday arrested two accused in the suicide case of Sukhwant Singh, a 26-year-old youth who was a resident of Chatha Gobindpura village at Sangrur.

An FIR was lodged at the Phase I Mohali Police Station against Rakesh Rikhi, owner of Rudraksh Immigration Company, and Deepak Kumar, manager of Rudraksh Group.

Sukhwant Singh had allegedly committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance in front of the immigration company’s office on December 2. Relatives of the deceased had, however, alleged that Singh had committed suicide after being duped of Rs 2.5 lakh by the immigration company.

According to Singh’s relatives, over a year ago, Rudraksh Immigration Company had allegedly taken Rs 2.5 lakh from Singh on the pretext of sending him to Canada on a work visa. However, the company did not return the amount to Singh even after failing to send him abroad.

The Mohali police investigated the case after the relatives suspected foul play in Singh’s suicide, and made the arrest after checking the CCTV footage of the immigration company and Max Hospital, where Singh was taken on Wednesday.
