Poor construction by Stellar Stellar Jeevan has very poor construction quality. I am living at Stellar Jeevan and cursing them almost everyday for wasting my hard earned money like this. You can check about the quality of construction with any resident at Stellar Jeevan. You will be scared of drilling even for hanging curtains or paintings at Stellar property. Another problem is of tiles. Tiles are defective, different shades, with stains, which they are not ready to change. So all in all, I will never suggest you to waste your money with Stellar .

I have put my all hard earned money in my first home. After almost 5 year of tension now project is complete.But still stellar is showing arrogant . They have done false promise of 12% late penalty which they want to give customer but now they are forcing customer to take possession without completion certificates. From their side they even charged interest on 1 day late payment.
Transparency is false.Every time they are telling lie about completion certificate.

Also there are multiple issue we are facing like Construction quality,completion certificate, specification of room size not meet,don’t know how to talk to customer only good till you don’t buy property from them after that they will show the real colors.
