Dell – WARRANTY NOT UPDATED

Respected Sir/Madam I am Sunil Kumar Yadav, I had purchased a laptop from Dell dealer shop, NESCO ( NETWORKING ELECTRONIC SYSTEM CO.) LUCKNOW, HI-TECH PLAZA, LALBAG on 26 march 2013, Model 6TM3NT1, 4050.I paid a large sum for this. But they still not updated warranty status. Lap top speaker not working properly. I contacted Dell Customer Care, and requested them to fix the problem but they said warranty not updated so we could not help, you should contact to the shop from, you purchased the item. I stucked in between from last one month. I am not getting any satisfactory answer regarding the same. Kindly requested to solve the problem. Sunil kumar yadav 9696212072
