Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Fraud — Cheated by Alliance Nirmaan Ltd

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd is a fraud company. Do not invest your money in to this fraud company.

Booked a Flat in Feb 2008  in Cedar highs Classic Project Rudrapur with Alliance Nirmaan Ltd. builder. Booking amount Rs 199000/- paid by me and after that till now the builder has not demanded any other payment but also not have started the work on my flat. I followed up with the company many times but everytime they are given false promises. After 3 years i decided to cancel my booking and tried to get my booking amount back but no response from the company side on this.

I also tried to visit there delhi office but no result. Tried calling them each day but no one is giving response.

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Fraud – ALLOTMENT OF PLOT

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd is a Fraud Company.

Tweo plots of 200 sqds booked by me each in BLOCK-A, “ALLIANCE CITY ONE” and 50% of plot payment paid. Plot number alotted to me. When i went there for physical verification of the plot, i was shocked to see that the place does not exist and the land does not belong to Alliance Nirmaan Ltd. Actually that belongs to some other party/individual.

And in return of this they are offering plot in very remote locations where the road connectivity is not there with the existing “Alliance City One”. And their emloyees are offering this verbally, Not on papers.  So i am requesting refund of my money along with interest and also please take strict action against this fraud Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Company.

ALLIANCE NIRMAAN LTD complaints – Fraud Company Alliance Nirmaan

Alliance Nirmaan ltd is a biggest fraud company.

Booked a residential plot of 200 sq. yds in Alliance Nirmaan Ltd project CITY ONE at Rudrapur, Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttranchal. Paid an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- Vide cheque no: 498248 dated 24.07.2006 drawn upon Citi Bank, New Delhi against the company’s Official Receipt No: R-1392 dated 10-07-2006 issued in the name of LAVI RASTOGI & SHIVANI RASTOGI.

The advance payment was paid against the allotment of  said plot which has not allotted to us so far and not the money has been refunded to us. They clearly mentioned in their contract terms that if the allotment was not made within six months, then we were entitled for refund . We tried to contact them many times but no response. Last time we contacted their office in April 2012 and their staff incharge had promised us that they shall inform the correct status to us. Again we had sent a letter in May, 2012 but no response was received.

We are facing undue hardship and harrassment because company is neither giving us the property nor are refunding the money.

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Fraud is a fraud Real estate company.

Me with my relatives booked 4 flats with Alliance Nirmaan at Rudrapur. I have been paying by visiting to their office at Barakhamba regularly but all wasted. I am planning to go for legal action and waiting for the support of the people, who have suffered from this fraud Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Company.  If we people join hands then we can involve media as well.

ALLIANCE NIRMAAN LTD complaints – Fraud Company Alliance nirmaan ltd

ALLIANCE NIRMAAN LTD company is a fraud real estate company. Please don’t go to this fraud company for any real estate project.

Two flats booked by me in ALLIANCE NIRMAAN’s “cedar high” at rudrapur(uttranchal) one on the name of Anil Tyagi and the other one with name Devendra Chowdhry with 50% investment, at that time i thought that i will get good profit on it as the property dealer told me. No construction work was started even after so much time passed.  So i decided to apply for refund of my booking amount.  On 12th  july 2008, i got a cheque of Rs-238125 from ALLIANCE NIRMAAN with a fake firm called G.N PROPERTIES Pvt. ltd. of faridabad and the cheque got bounced and i received no money.

So many times i called to Mr. Arvinder singh and Yuvraj singh (owner of the firm) but they are not responding as if like they didn’t have any liablity of giving answers to their investors.

Also around 100 times i visited to their office in Narain Manzil , barakhamba road in delhi but have not got any convincing answer.

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Fraud — Property Cancellation Amount Not Received

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd is not a genuine company.

Two Flats booked by me and my mother in Rudrapur in scheme launched by the Alliance Nirmaan Ltd Group in 2006. Due to some financial reasons we got the booking cancelled,  against which the company issued two cheques and got them renewed on the due dates requesting not to present them as the company is has insufficient funds. Since 4 yrs passed approx but the company is giving us fake promises again and again that we will make the payment please do not make take legal action.

My mother is 60 yrs old and she need to be operated and is going through lot of mental stress due to the financial problems. My mother has invested all with this company. My brother is supporting her but then he has his own liabilities and family and his income is very nominal. Company owners know each and every thing but are delaying the things day by day.

I am requesting you to take some legal action against this fraud company so that my old mother can get her money back and can get her medication done properly.
