Runwal Rosewood Reviews – Runwal Group Rosewood complaints – Fungible FSI by Runwal group
I have bought 2.5 BHK in Rosewood in 2010 and was charged for 1300 saleable area. Agreement for sale was executed in 2012 stating only carpet area 787 sq.ft. I received a letter in July-2015 from the builder asking to pay for the increase in carpet area 138 sq.ft extra because of Fungible FSI. They have already charged me on super built-up area of 1300 which includes the utility+flower+deck area and now charging me again? This is totally unacceptable and a deliberate attempt to collect extra amount from genuine customers. Be aware while dealing with builders who are not professional and delay.

Runwal Group Cheater – Biggest cheat ever – Never ever buy property from runwal group Runwal Greens Mulund.
We have booked in Runwal Greens Mulund project in June 2010.
Ever since the horror story contineus…
1) The Flat size is small than proised in brocheure
2) Even after paying for super build up theya re charging 14 lakh extra
3) The posssession is delayed by almost 1 year
4) The Builder has illegally taken 100% money with still the work going on in project
5) Unetically charging the interest and threatening consumers to pay this hefty interest going in lakhs.
6) Unprofession behaviour by the Runwal executive
7) No response to the queries of consumers. We have never seen this case kind.

Runwal Group complaints – False Fungible FSI Carged to Customers – Runwal oakwood complaints
I bought 2. 5bhk in oakwood in 2012 and i was charged for 1300 salable area. Today, 7 / 7 / 2015, i received a letter from runwal greens asking me to pay 27l extra because of fungible fsi. They already charged me super built – up and now charging me again for same thing?
This is totally cheating the customer. I would never buy or visit property which belong to shitty builder like runwal. My foot.
Horrible builder. I feel like cancelling the booking. They always find way to overcharge customers.
I have all the proof and emails from runwal that they are big cheaters and frauds.

Hi, I have booked a 2BHK flat in Runwal Greens at Nahur, Mumbai in Sept 2010 and registered in Jun 2011 The area of Balcony, Flower Bed and Utility area was part of the flat and mentioned in the Allotment letter while booking. but the same couldn’t have mentioned in Agreement since that wasn’t being considering as Carpet area that time. Now the New DR has come related to fungible area and Runwal is charging Rs. 10L extra for all these area. In return, He is going to make a supplementary agreement to just change the carpet area.

Runwal Group Reviews – Unreasonable demand on account of development charges by Runwal group – Runwal greens complaints
We have purchased underconstruction apartment in Runwal Greens in 2012. The handover of the property is in nov16. To cap the flat cost it was decided and agreed to pay 87% of flat cost and bal on possession. The flat cost is Rs 1.45 crore. We have also paid 87% of other charges (18 months maintenance, club house, society charges, infrastructure charges) which is normally paid on completion. Now builder has sent draft sale agreement and has included Rs 19 lakhs as “development charges”. Please advise what are development charges, should it be as high as 13% of flat cost. The builder had till now not advised regarding such high charges.

Runwal Group fraud – Fraud Non Payment of dues – Sandeep Runwal Fraud
We had carried out the interior work for the food court at R- city mall Ghatkoper, for Runwal group .It’s had been more the 9 months they have not paid the balance outstanding. Every time we send mail we get a standard revert will happened next week. From what I understand like us there are many other vendors not paid?So want to make aware other contractors to be careful to work with Runwal Group.
Sandeep Runwal is a smooth talker but doesn’t pay people and his accomplice in crime is the bigger conman called Anupam, who is the Mall In charge, he is the bigger fraud then Sandeep Runwal.

Runwal Group Reviews – Very Bad Customer Service Management Dept of Runwal Group – Runwal group Consumer Complaints
I’ve never been troubled by any person or corporate like the Runwal Groups. Government Offices far better than the executives and management they’ve in place to handle things; very unprofessional. I bought an apartment at MYCity Runwal (Dombivali). I paid the amount they mentioned by Jun; where they mentioned that the allotment letter would be provided in couple of weeks time. After following up every two weeks they have the same answer that they had a lot of bookings so that letters are been dispatched in batches.In the month of Aug, when I again had a discussion with them, they say they cannot courier the letter; the customer has to come their Sion office to collect it. Total nonsense. By god’s grace I was able to make them courier them atleast to their Dombivli site; from where my Dad collected the letter. Then in a couple of weeks I get calls from them saying Rs. 1669 is pending from my side. After paying Rs. 8, 00, 000 now they are asking for Rs.1669 which never mentioned during the booking or the payment made later on. (I paid that amount as well in couple of days) Over all this mess, the allotment letter they provided had no signature from the Director. Ridiculous!!! When I asked them to get it collected from my home, they denied saying its not in their process. Bullshit…And they made me courier it to their Sion office. Today is Dec1, 5 months after I paid them the money still waiting for allotment letter. Troubled and irrtated by this unprofessional behaviour.

Runwal group builders fraud – Runwal group Builders motive for extracting money by cheating customers.
Runwal Builders are totally fraud. Instead of building flats they have motive for extracting money by cheating customers.
All their sales / customer service people are total liars and promise you anything to get money.
After that they have nothing to do on what has promised. Do not deal with them at all.
There is no point in waisting your hard owned money and loose peace of mind by dealing with these bogus company.

Unethical,False Advertising,too many hidden cost by Runwal group Runwal Green Mulund.
I booked flat with Runwal @ Runwal greens Mulund that’s what they say..but when you get the agreement all opens up as it says pincode of bhandup. Then they delay all paper works and send payment demand notice just a week before and if we delay they charge huge interests as the amounts are so high to pay in such short notices.
They deliberately delay other paper works too as they are aware of new govt policies that will add up our flat cost and some how benefit them in some way.Delayed time of possession by 1 year and say its recession and demand all payments as scheduled by them at the time of booking.As if there is no escape to us in recession.HUH?

Runwal Group Runwal Estate complaints – Runwal GroupRewiews – Delay in Possession still no compensation by Runwal group.
I have booked a flat in Runwal Estate – G.B. Rd, Thane in February 2009. As per the agreement, the developers should give possession on or before June 2011 with an automatic extension of time clause due to some reason such as non-availability of steel, cement etc.
However, the builder kept telling reasons and kept on postponing the possession by every 3-6 months. As on date the project is delayed by more than two years. Last year builder had announced possession on March 2013. But last month when we visit the site, building is complete but lift work is still pending and premise work is also pending.
As the possession gets delayed, we have already an estimated financial loss of more than 3 lacs (Rented accommodation for more than two years + the interest paid to bank). They are not giving any compensation in spite of our possession get delayed from their end for two years and don’t know how many more!! as we don’t know our possession date till now. This is simply mental harassment and we can’t keep quite now as our financial loss is not small in such an inflation. We are feeling so helpless now, as we are expecting our first child and my wife can’t quite her job as paying EMIs and rent both in single salary is not possible.
So I want to claim compensation from the builders for all this financial loss and mental harassment. In this case, what would be the chance of getting compensation upon filing a case in consumer court. What is the procedure for the same?
