Neuberg Diagnostics reviews – Customer support is unprofessional and unsupportive -Neuberg Diagnostics complaints
Customer support and call center is quite unprofessional and unsupportive. After giving sample you will need to follow them again and again. Even if you talk to them on call for asking expecting date, they will ask you to call again in 2-3 days to let the status know. Kind of a black hole where you can keep on waiting. Unprofessional, don’t know how to talk !
