Dentzz Dental – Dentzz Dental Reviews – No transperancy and very bad business practice

Upon arrival all seems professional by all staff at reception and treating doctors. Wanted denture implants told it’s only a cosmetic procedure for smiles, yet this contradicts what I was informed here in Australia and Dentzz website.
My temporary dentures and bridge teeth are smaller compared to my original teeth, 6 months later struggling to eat a decent meal. They’ll inform you they pay for the accommodation but only compensated for one week each phase.
What I was quoted price increased over $5000.
Patients in the waiting room have all said their quotes have also increased.
Dentzz know we are in a vulnerable situation and know how to play us.
Had I not been so vulnerable, I would have gone to another dental clinic in Mumbai that 2 friends had attended for a quote whilst I was there for phase 1.
Yet to go back for phase 2.
No transperancy and very bad business practice compared to Australia.
Dentzz reception staff requested I write a Google review on their premises on my last day.

I wasn’t happy with customer service, They didn’t explain the procedural process. We had to take ourselves back and forth to appointments that were cancelled appointment times changed regularly. This caused a big inconvenience and frustration seeing as we were not from India
I choose Dentzz mumbai because of the price given. I was given a price via email $4500.

On arrival first meeting the lady in office changed the price to $15500 where i was was ripped off due to them not being honest people with overseas customers.

My brother done a full implant on all 6 where we were priced in the original qoute $7500.00 upon arrival they changed the price to $12500.
They aren’t honest so don’t be surprised if they give you a cheap qoute via email and then change the price when you make first visit.
We went ahead

with procedure it was a nightmare dealing with this company Dentzz.
After 3 months my brothers implants became loose and then they did offer to fix issue and paid my brother approximately $2000 compensation and hush money were they paid and made him sign saying you aren’t allowed to say anything anymore about your experience after receiving payment.
My implants came loose 5 months after completion of my dental procedure.
They made us stay for over 2 week to complete procedure and we had visits everyday for the 2 weeks were they kept changing appointment times and dates.

Very bad customer service and these people aren’t honest so please don’t fooled like we were.

I recently took my mother to Turkey to do her teeth implants on all 6.
They pulled 17 teeth one time and done the screws all in one day very professional clean place 5 star customer service. In turkey they picked us up from airport dropped of to hotel treated us like royalty and picked us up from hotel dropped us off to the clinic and back never left us was always intouch with us to see if there was anything we needed and dropped us off back at the airport. I give them a 5 star review in turkey.
They price for my mother’s teeth was $11000 which worked out cheaper and there customer service was amazing.
I have all the emails photos evidence as proof of our experience.

Please think twice before choosing Dentzz to do your dental work and choose to go to Turkey as they are very professional 5 star customer service and honest with there pricing the woute given is what they will charge.
That is my advice take it leave it up to you all & wishing you all the best with everything.

Dentzz Dental horrible experience – Dentzz dental Reviews

I requested an all on 4 at a cost of AUD 7,000. I knew what I was doing and the procedure as had everything done in Australia before coming to India. On arrival I was being conned to do my whole mouth at a cost exceeding AUD 30,000 including 3 more trips with flight and hotel.

I was pushed into signing what I can only describe as a horror movie on paper, and they wanted to rip out all my teeth within half an hour. Leaving me with no teeth for 7 days and then to be sent home with a denture for 6 months.
I had to demand a copy of the document and to move my appointment to the next day as I needed to go back to my hotel next door.

While in the courtyard of the hotel within a few hours I saw two other people from the same session I was in walk past me holding their faces in so much pain as they ripped out their teeth.

I was the lucky one as I escaped and now transferred my flight home and leave back to Australia tomorrow to get my teeth done professionally and with an overnight stay in hospital and procedure done there and then. Cost a little more but I will be with doctors and nurses in a hospital and well looked after under Medicare.

This is a meat market conveyer belt system please read up before you think you are saving money.

Dentzz Dental Reviews – Very bad experience with Dentzz dental

I’m writing this review over a year after a distressing experience with my dental treatment at Dentzz. Unfortunately, my journey has been a nightmare. I initially sought treatment here due to a broken front tooth crown right before my holiday in Dubai, thinking this clinic would provide the solution I needed.

At first, I had a pleasant experience. The manager was attentive and welcoming, making me feel cared for until I chose a treatment option that differed from her more expensive recommendation. From that moment, I felt her interest wane. I was subjected to multiple unnecessary visits, which I initially thought were part of a caring approach. It soon became clear that the clinic was more focused on upselling expensive treatments than on my actual care.

On the day of my surgery, I met with the surgeon, who was far from pleasant. After a traumatic experience where he drilled into my bone, he informed me that he didn’t have the proper equipment to complete the procedure. I was left in a difficult position, after choosing to do my treatment while Im on holiday in Dubai. only to be told I would need to return in 3 to 4 months.

To make matters worse, after the surgery, I was sent away without a front tooth and with minimal explanation about what had transpired. The initial care I received seemed to vanish as soon as I opted for a more straightforward treatment plan.

Once I returned to the UK, I visited a dentist in London for a second opinion. After X-rays and scans, it was confirmed that my sinus had been drilled into during the procedure in Dubai, which made any further work on my tooth extremely risky for at least four months. I also discovered that I required bone grafting and gum grafting.

Now, a year later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this experience. Not only has this surgery cost me a significant amount of money, but it has also wasted precious time during my holiday and created ongoing dental issues that I’m now managing in the UK.

I truly hope no one else has to endure the same treatment I did at Dentz. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any dental work here.
