Portea Medical Complaints – Extremely Unprofessional Portea staff and Management – I would not recommend Portea services to anyone.
I was in India in March 2016 and had set up home health care services for my Dad. The rates had been agreed upon by Portea folks and the services were supposed to be effective from June onwards after my Dad returned to India. When I called to start the services in June, they increased their rates by 20% and refused to honor their earlier agreed upon rates. Totally unprofessional.I would not recommend Portea services to anyone.
