They are so much unprofessionl that even grocery deliver services are more professional. Nurse reached 2 hours late as per the scheduled visit time for injections which was time dependent, toll free no. Diverts you to chatbot and chatbot cant help due to lack of executives. They don’t have tie -ups in nearby locality and nurses are sent from 25 km across the city. Worst of all, nurse came home without any swab or anything. They are completely hopeless and incapable to handle medical service or even grocery delivery service.
