Rudraksh Group mohali — file not processed from 2 years after full payment

It’s been 2 years now, we applied for canada. Rudraksh people told us it will take only 6 months to get visa, so we paid rs 14, 00, 000 as they told. After 6 months they need 3 months more, later they need more time and so on. 2 years passed and our documents, fees everything is with them. They are neither processing nor cancelling it. Just calculate interest rate on 14, 00, 000 for 2 years. And the best thing now they stop answering my calls and if i visit to meet mr. Ranbir gill, my advisor from rudraksh, everytime i come back with an answer ‘sorry he is not in office’. I don’t know what to do now.
