I had purchased the simplilearn course on 23 March 2020 but within 24 hours had made a refund request on 24 March 2020 10:37 pm. But till date, I have not received any confirmation email from the company to confirm if the refund has been initiated or not. Please look into this matter. I have also been contacting their support team from 3-4 days but haven’t got any satisfactory response from their end. Please look into it… my ticket number for refund is 9925.
They are a fraud company, they will offer you 100% granted pass or money back.
you will not pass with their course only coz you have to read the publication guide and you will not get your money back.
