ALLIANCE NIRMAAN LTD complaints – Fraud Company Alliance Nirmaan

Alliance Nirmaan ltd is a biggest fraud company.

Booked a residential plot of 200 sq. yds in Alliance Nirmaan Ltd project CITY ONE at Rudrapur, Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttranchal. Paid an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- Vide cheque no: 498248 dated 24.07.2006 drawn upon Citi Bank, New Delhi against the company’s Official Receipt No: R-1392 dated 10-07-2006 issued in the name of LAVI RASTOGI & SHIVANI RASTOGI.

The advance payment was paid against the allotment of  said plot which has not allotted to us so far and not the money has been refunded to us. They clearly mentioned in their contract terms that if the allotment was not made within six months, then we were entitled for refund . We tried to contact them many times but no response. Last time we contacted their office in April 2012 and their staff incharge had promised us that they shall inform the correct status to us. Again we had sent a letter in May, 2012 but no response was received.

We are facing undue hardship and harrassment because company is neither giving us the property nor are refunding the money.

Directors of Alliance Nirmaan Limited are Ravinder Kaur, Satbeer Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Arvinder Singh, Mahender Kaur Bagga .

You will just end up wasting your money. I lost more than a lac by enrolling with WWICS. It’s a real waste agency.

The level of commitment showed was extraordinary. All my queries are promptly answered and I was guided in right direction all the time. This gives me immense pleasure in thanking them for guidance and support during this process.

do not donate to the NGO for Cancer patient

the other day i was passing through the metro station and i saw two people standing with a board in their hand stating “donate to cancer patient” , People were donating them, and i too donated 500 rs, i asked for the proof and it was shown to me immediately stating the name of the hospital in which the patient was admitted. fortunately for me a friend of mine was also admitted in the same hospital.  So i though of checking up on the patient, and when i went there, and asked the nurse for the detail and the room no. of the patient I was shocked to hear that there was no such patiennt of the given name. When i explained the incident to the nurse i was further provided with the information that their name was used wrongly.

therfore i would suggest to verify the detail carefully before donating.

Fraud on Online Shopping

I have recently got a victim of Cyber Fraud.I have placed an order to this website micro-sd.biz and paid him online via moneybookers and he also gave me the invoice and bill,however when i requested for the shipping details he switched off his cell phone.The order was for approx. Rs 25000 which I paid via ICICI bank credit card.i have got the emails containing his invoice and payment confirmation.I request you to help me in this case and help me to find this fraud person.

Frankfinn Gurgaon branch – Frankfinn institute fraud and liers – Complaints of Frankfinn Institute

ITS A SUGGESTION…NOT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN FRANKFINN Institute…They will ruin your career.

I don’t know how to start… Frankfinn plays with the life of the students. I know many girls who got selected in the domestic airlines even without doing any course from any institute. Well, my younger sister is studying in Gurgaon branch of frankfinn. First of all, they don’t have the enough trainers. Her 1 year is going to end in June and till date her aviation, in-flight training, PD classes not even started. The whole staff got changed in this year. Secondly, the main thing is this we have paid them to teach our children and what they are doing…I must tell you…they are sending their students for activity(visit schools and get the application forms filled by the new candidates for admission. And this activity got started 2 months back…and till date it has no end. Did i pay 1, 62, 000/- rupees to help the frankfinn institute to make their admissions and make more money…instead of teaching the students. I can understand that this kind of activity is also important but not taking care of studies for which we have sent our child is not tolerable. They are just money makers. And now, when the complete course is left(one year will get end in June;12) the gurgaon institute people are asking students to go and give the interviews in BPO. customer care executive on a salary of Rs.10K!!! I mean kit is ridiculous! We dnt need money for us. I just need that my sister become a cabin crew…as it is her dream…and she has a lot of passion to achieve this. But by seeing the culture in Gurgaon branch…she is feeling very bad…and is now discouraged!

So unprofessional working there in Body Care, that’s pathetic. They don’t have any value for their clients time.

I am body care client from past 6 months and i have not lose any weight . Apart from that, i booked an appointment on 13 march at 11 am for liposuction . the lady dietician asked me to take another session and then liposuction for which I came for. At 12:15 she said i have to wait for 15 minutes . i waited and then she said came. That is so rude . Body care people do not respect clients and their time . I have paid almost 30, 000 rs for therapies . but i don’t care for money . My time is more precious than money. That lady doesn’t even bother to say sorry .

I had an appointment at 12:30 some where and i delayed that due to my session of liposuction, i told her clearly, still she was not bothered. i should have been given the session because i took appointment and then came not just walked in .

So unprofessional working there, that’s pathetic.

I don’t fly off, but that’s a big warning . I am the director of 4 – 5 hotels and resorts and i know what is hospitality all about and its high time that you people realize .

BigBazaar Online Shopping Fraud or Cheating

Hi,

After looking at low price on Big-bazaar Online Shopping portal ordered Geyser and Exhaust Fan.

During Booking time for Geyser delivery time showed as 21 days, but after a month suddenly order cancelled without my knowledge.

Exhayst Fan delivery mentioned online as 7 days, but not delivered even after 15 days.

After repeated calling at customer centers, only answer i got is we are co-ordination and will get back to
you, without mentioning the time lines.

request users to not to fall in such frauds.

ARYAN HOSPITAL GURGAON COMPLAINTS — MISGUIDED AND DONE OPERATION

I RAJAT , R/O SEC-7 EXTN GOT ADMITTED IN ARYAN HOSPITAL,OLD GURGAON,ON 24TH FEBRUARY2012. I WAS SUFFERING WITH SEVERE PAIN IN MY STOMACH. THEY TOOK AN UTLRA SOUND AND TOLD US THAT LARGE INTESTINE HAS INFECTION.DOCTOR HAD A DOUBT OF APPENDIX AND ASKED FOR OUR PERMISSION FOR LAPROSCOPY. WE TRUSTED THEM AND GAVE THE PERMISSION. 3 HOLES WERE MADE AND A CAMERA WAS INSERTED IN MY STOMACH TO SEE THE APPENDIX .BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS PANCREATIC ATTACK. DOCTOR ( VIKRAM ARYAN) TOLD MY WIFE THAT IT IS MY LAST STAGE OF ATTACK,AND I WOULD BE GIVEN 3-4 INJECTIONS EVERYDAY WORTH RS.3000- 4000 RS .EXPENSE MAY EXCEED RS. 15,000 PER DAY .MY FAMILY MEMBERS NEVER SAW ANY IINJECTIONS BEING GIVEN TO ME.THEY BECAME DOUBTFUL ABOUT THE TREATMENT AND SHIFTED ME TO PARAS HOSPITAL.THERE I GOT ALL MY TESTS DONE AGAIN AND THEY DID COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY SCAN TO PROBE THE REASON.FROM THERE WE CAME TO KNOW THAT LAPROSCOPY WAS NOT THE RIGHT TREATMENT OF THE PROBLEM.IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE CT SCAN, IT COULD HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WELL.I SPENT TWO DAYS IN ARYAN HOSPITAL AND THEY MADE THE BILL OF OVER RS. 42,000,AND SPENT FOUR DAYS IN PARAS HOSPITAL AND THE BILL WAS BELOW RS.44,000/.

ARYAN HOSPITAL STAFF WAS VERY VERY NON COOPERATIVE, THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE AN ANIMAL. NO VALUE FOR MAN LIFE, NOW YOU ALL TELL, IS THIS THE WAY TO PLAY WITH A LIFE, DR VIKRAM ARYAN 9810057175, THESE TYPE OF DOCTORS SHUD BE PUNISHED AND THERE MEDICAL DEGREE MUST BE CANCELLED.

Credit Note payment not done by Unicon Real estate

I have purchased 2 BHK flat from reputed builder AMRAPALI SILICON CITY through a UNICON BROKER.Its been more than year since when it was promised from UNICON REAL ESTATE for release my CREDIT NOTE amount.

They have promised that once the 40% payment done tO BUILDER they will release the payment but now after more than 70% of payment done UNICON still making excuses and not releasing the amount promised to me.

They makes false excuse that BUILDER AMRAPALI have not paid the brokerage but my BUILDER confirmed me that they have already paid the broker amount a year back.

So please do not do any kind of dealing with UNICON REAL ESTATE.
