I am Dipshikha from Dibrugarh Assam. I went to the institute just for enquiry, they played a mind game with me and I took the addmission in frankfinn institute with amount Rs 33000 admission fee, monthly Rs 18750. After few days later due to financial issues I am not able to attend the training and I asked about refund but they are being rude to and their behaviour are not tolerable. I asked them several times about the money even I said them to return Rs 31000 but they didn’t agree. Now I can not concentrate my upcoming entrance exam, it affects my mentality. 33000 is big amount for us. Lots of students are faced the issue related with Frankfinn institute. With a hope I my whole issue. Please take a legal action against Frankfinn institute.  HELP US PLEASE.

Frankfinn Institute complaints – Not refunding my amount Rs. 52000. Not responding to my calls and emails.

Hello, I am puja from Guwahati. I took admission in FrankFinn Institute with an amount of Rs. 38,000(admission) +14000 (monthly fee). But I decided not to continue with the course because of financial issues after 15 days of training classes. And also the institute was into money rather than any Training, So I decided to discontinue and informed the same to the Frankfinn institute.

When i asked for refund my amount then they are telling excuses and told me to wait.I still didn’t got any response.

Frankfinn Institute is not refunding my registration fees.

I had registered with amount 5700 rupees in Frankfinn Course. Frankfinn person told me before registration that if you don’t like the course then the registration fees will be refunded. After Registration due to my father health issues, I won’t be able to go further as I m facing financial problems so i contact to the concerned person who had done my admission but she is saying it will not get refunded. So please kindly help me with this as i need my refund of registration fees.

Frankfinn staff forced me to give the registration fees.

I am very disappointed with the services and the lies that frankfinn staff told to me.

They did a scam with me please i want justice.  I need my money back at any case. I belong to a middle class family and they forced me mentally.. that i wasn’t able to think and make decision..

Please help me with this it’s not been 24hrs yet i want my refund back at any case.

Hi students Beware of frankfinn institute of air hostess training. its an fraud institute. This institute institute is mainly to collect money from middle class people and they just kick the students after receiving money.

Please students i beg you be ware of frankfinn.please students.plz don’t suffer your parents. After leaving that institute i became DRUGIST becoz i have no value in my home……..what i m saying is that is true…BELIEVE me.

if u just want to get in to airlines sector just do one thing………get some small job in hotel industry and get some experience.and try to finish your degree.if u want to develop yourself for the sake of airlines industry just buy some American accent training institute

ITS A SUGGESTION…NOT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN FRANKFINN Institute…They will ruin your career.

I don’t know how to start… Frankfinn plays with the life of the students. I know many girls who got selected in the domestic airlines even without doing any course from any institute. Well, my younger sister is studying in Gurgaon branch of frankfinn. First of all, they don’t have the enough trainers. Her 1 year is going to end in June and till date her aviation, in-flight training, PD classes not even started. The whole staff got changed in this year. Secondly, the main thing is this we have paid them to teach our children and what they are doing…I must tell you…they are sending their students for activity(visit schools and get the application forms filled by the new candidates for admission. And this activity got started 2 months back…and till date it has no end. Did i pay 1, 62, 000/- rupees to help the frankfinn institute to make their admissions and make more money…instead of teaching the students. I can understand that this kind of activity is also important but not taking care of studies for which we have sent our child is not tolerable. They are just money makers. And now, when the complete course is left(one year will get end in June;12) the gurgaon institute people are asking students to go and give the interviews in BPO. customer care executive on a salary of Rs.10K!!! I mean kit is ridiculous! We dnt need money for us. I just need that my sister become a cabin crew…as it is her dream…and she has a lot of passion to achieve this. But by seeing the culture in Gurgaon branch…she is feeling very bad…and is now discouraged!
