WWICS is a big cheater company. Following is the Story of how wwics cheated me. Be aware of this big fraud and cheater company.

I came across wwics when I was working in AbuDhabi , I am software engineer with 5 years of experience, I thought of migrating to Australia,and the guy in AbuDhabi really did brainwash me in taking up the services of wwics , he called me daily and I told , I match up the points and I will surely get PR in Australia and finally I thought I will avail the service.

So as a first step he asked me to pay 3500 Dirhams , which will come upto 40,000 INR , he actually persuaded me to pay full amount,but I am a guy with a salary as my income so I chose installment package,which I think was a good decision,coz I lost only 40K,thank god. After getting the money,the guy changed his attitude and never responds to my queries. Also they closed the branch in AbuDhabi and told me to goto Dubai branch.

But I had some problem with my job and came back to India and started the processing with Cochin branch.The relationship officer in Cochin ,her name is Vinodhini , she spoke to me so arrogantly when I asked her what documents I shud give as a first step,she told she cant talk on phone as she is busy , and she told she will sent an email , which she never did.

So I thought of calling customer care number in their website , but that number did not exist and I called next number and someone picked up and after making me wait around 5 minutes,someone called Navneet answered my call and he told me to sent a complaint by email which I did so 3 weeks back and he never replied to my email.

As far as I can see is that , these people persuade you in giving your money first,and they tell you to pay for full package at once,once you get into the trap,they will ignore you. Also we cant actually get the refund of the money , coz they make you sign the contract like that,as we are common people,we wont understand all the clauses written in that,it will be written by a lawyer who knows all these loopholes,so even if you complaint against these people in court ,they have the contract we have signed with them as their proof. In the contract its written that our money will not be refunded. So its no use complaining against them, what we can all do is to prevent others from falling into the same trap like we did.

Being a software engineer , I tot I will post this in all forums and social media I find online and there is an intresting things I found out while browsing thru the forums , the forums which gave negative remarks against wwics had positive comments posted almost many times repeatedly,being a guy with knowledge in internet , I can tell that , these comments are fake comments posted by the same wwics guys to improve their reputation which has gone bad.

I can also see that many positive comments are posted in this forum too,by a guy called Navneet , this guy is the same customer guy who never replied to my emails.

So what I have decided is to post in all forums , my story of entrapment by wwics and spread awareness to all people in India. Please feel free to share my story everywhere you like , My name is Tito Cheriachan and you can contact me by simply do a facebook search in my name , you can find me, and I shall testify this cheating anywhere also I have recorded all the calls I did to wwics and you can hear the arrogant way they talked to me.

I am attaching my cash receipt and first page of contract as proof to my story. And I really hope this forum admin will not delete my post.If the forum admin is deleting this post , then you are also cheating a whole community who has been cheated by wwics.The file number they gave me while I gave cash is : 61708 , I am providing this information , so that if that guy Navneet sees this post and he can atleast respond to me or give me my cash refund if possible. Also I am sure this post will surely help other people before they think about giving money to wwics.

Divya Sood, You suck! White collar criminal – that she is! please do not go/use bodycare’s services but if my mistake you are there – then never make a huge amount as downpayment. If you are unhappy with their services – you will never recover the amount ( thru decent talks). you have to file FIR’S of cheating and start talking to lawyers. don’t waste your time on these bimbos.

i don’t think she ever went to a business school. you closley observe her customer management skills they are like a typical polished “chor”.

Any fraudulent practice that you expereince with her, or other bimbos at body care – pls report to the nearest police station, or consumer courts immediately!

Galgotia’s Wife & Son Of Galgotias University Arrested For Forgery

The chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Khaliquzzama of Agra ordered to raid the house of Sunil Galgotia, the chairman of Galgotia University, in Noida. Obeying orders of the court, cops raided on Tuesday and detained Galgotia’s wife Padmini along with son Dhruv. However, the main accused, Sunil Galgotia, managed to get stay order.

The case of forgery and default in payment of loans worth Rs 100 crore was filed last month by SE Investment Limited at Hari Parwat police station in Agra.

Despite putting heart and soul for seeking bail of Mrs. Galgotia and son Dhruv, none could do so as the CJM had put them under 14 days’ remand.

The registered complaint says that the owners of Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society approached for loans that were sanctioned. But the runner of the institution Sunil Galgotia did not pay installments on time neglecting several reminders for the payment.

The forgery came in notice when it was uncovered that the documents, including balance sheets, submitted for loans were all bogus.

The FIR states that ten loans had been taken by Sunil Galgotia from SE Finance Limited between 2010 to 2011. Adding up all loans ranging from Rs. 80 Lakh to Rs. 37 crore, the debt is calculated worth Rs. 120 crore including interest. The debtor had to settle the loan amount in 24 installments but only few installments were paid and thereafter, installments were stopped, informed SSP Shalabh Mathur.

Despite dispatching of several notices to the society, no response was given in context of payment.
“As per the company’s declaration, the Galgotias have to pay a sum of Rs 120 crore to the SE Investment Company. This includes interest on the huge sum as well,” the SSP unveiled.
Now, non-bailable warrant has been issued for arresting the defaulter Sunil Galgotia, his mother Jugnu, wife Padmini and son Dhruv.

“At the time of taking the loan, the Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society presented fake documents. They claimed that Galgotia University was part of Shakuntala Education and Welfare Society, but in the Delhi high court, they claimed that the varsity was a different organization. We also came to know about various irregularities committed by the Galgotias, including embezzlement. That is when we decided to file the case against Sunil Galgotia,” Sunil Agarwal, the managing director of SE Investment Ltd., said.
So far, Padmini Galgotia has said nothing in comment over the matter while Sunil Galgotia managed to stay away from the media as well.

Please do not get carried away by the offerings on the website. It is totally wrong & extremely misleading just to exploit money from the innocent customers. I have wasted my hard earned precious money & time. When every centre-head reach their heights of faking, they direct the customers to this supreme person who you are compelled to meet whenever you have problems with Body Care. This lady is totally unprofessional & a great looser. She never replies to her email id thebodycare@rediffmail.com. Though she claims she has many years of experience, she is absolutely naïve & pathetic when it comes to facing & solving customer issues. She always pretends to be too busy but the reality is she just wants to avoid the customers. She knows Body Care is a fraudulent company but still wants to portray that it is doing nothing wrong. She arrogantly claims that there are no complaints at all against Body Care. Hello Divya – just type “The Body Care complaint” in Google.com & you will spontaneously vomit if you are seriously concerned about the poor customers whom Body Care is cheating on daily basis. When Managing Director itself is of this nature then obviously what kind of expectation can one have from her subordinates spread all over India. Her mobile number is 09810002714. Vomit your frustrations before it gets changed but don’t expect any results out of her.

LAVISA Developers Builders – Genuine or Bogus Company

Lavisa Builders and real estate developers are offerring sale deeds and 100, 000 acre full township development 54 kms from Bangalore towards Devanahalli airport. They are taking check advances (refundable) and quickly showing some property, UNMARKED sites, giving lunch and writing sale deeds for retired army officers, defence personnel. When asked for cancellation or return of cheque (as per agreement )they are not returning the checks. No Ground site markings, no hoardings, no newspaper ads to their name . Are they simple USING LAVAVSA township times advertisements in pune’s/mumbai good name and fooling public in Bangalore. Will the Commissioner BDA please check their antecedents ?

Runwal group Builders – Unreasonable price revision by Runwal Group builders – Anybody planning to book at Runwal properties should think twice.

This is just to let everyone know that Runwal (pearl) management has been so unreasonable to their prospective customers. Recently I visited their site in Thane, filled their registration form etc. and took a small amount of time to arrange for funds. By the time I went back to them (10-15 days), they had revised the prices by quite an amount.

Now they refuse to let me book a flat and say only the revised rates will be applicable. They don’t understand that a middle class family takes 10-15 days to decide and arrange for such high funds which reaches 75 lac and upwards.

They atleast could have contacted us by sending messages or calling to let us know that they are going to revise the rates. I don’t see any other reason why do they ask us to fill such forms.

This is an arm twisting looby of builders and a common man can’t do anything against them. Anybody else planning to book at Runwal properties should think twice.

ULTIMATE NEGLIGENCE IN MEDICAL TREATMENT BY AMRI HOSPITAL- DHAKURIA AND  THE DOCTORS ASSOCIATED (NAMES ARE STATED BELOW ) THEY WANTED TO EARN MORE UNETHICALLY BY PUTTING PATIENT PARTY IN DANGER

MY DAUGHTER MS. POULAMI CHATTERJEE OF 12 YEARS WAS ADMITTED ON 07.07.2010 WITH VOMITTING
SHE WAS ADMITTED IN PAEDIATRIC ( RAINBOW )  WARD BED NO : 332 ( 1332 )

POINTS OF NEGLIGENCE BY THE DOCTORS INTENTIONALLY TO MAKE AN UNBELIEVABLE BILL AMOUNT
1. On the date of admission 07.07.2010 around 8 PM they collected blood for various test required to identify the source accordingly Lab.had intimated to Dr.Raja Roy over phone next morning where it was clearly mentioned that total leukocyte count (TLC) 20600 which is extreme high indicating ultimate infection in the body vide their IP No: IPC2.0025855 Accession No;77100707165 .INTENTIONALLY THEY DIDN’T TAKE CARE OF PATIENT AS A RESULT THEY PUT MY DAUGHTER IN MORE ACUTE CONDITION AND NEXT DAY TOTAL COUNT REACHED 27000 VIDE their report no:IPC2.0025855 Accession No: 7710070709029 inspite of several request they didn’t apply any antibiotics for TWO DAYS at last on 9.7.10 Dr.prescribed Zanocin in morning and in the noon same day changed to Monocef  both the antibiotics did not response OWING TO THEIR UNWISE  INTENTIONAL LATE DECISION though we vigorously chased for higher grade of antibiotics.
2.   On 08.07.2010 in morning USG of Whole Abdomen was carried out and INTENTIONALLY they did not report about APPENDIX ( though we were told that thay have  the latest calibrated machine which is very delicate to identify each  organ separately FOR WHICH CHARGES ARE 4- 5 TIMES HIGHER THAN OTHER HOSPITAL) they reported everything normal in Ultra Sonogram.
3.   On 09.07.2010 in morning CT SCAN of Whole Abdomen was carried out where the impression was not correct and soon after completion I asked the radiologist about the scanning he told me that there is a huge problem in Uterus and behaved very rudely saying that he had lot of personal  problems so not to ask anything.
4.   On 09.07.2010 all the Doctors Dr. Raja Roy (Medicine and Cardiologist ), Dr.Bikash Bhattacharyya( Paediatrician), Dr. Abhijit Sarkar (Gastro )were singing in the same tune that there is a big operation accordingly Dr. Raja Roy referred one surgeon Dr.ShankarMitra. He came in afternoon and gave his verdict that it has to be operated but NONE OF THEM CLEARED WHAT OPERATION AND HOW MUCH WILL BE REQUIRED. When I personally asked Dr.Raja Roy about the expense.HE ADVISED ME TO ARRANGE MONEY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
5.   WITHOUT OUR CONSENT THEY BOOKED OPERATION THEATRE IN THE NEXT DAY ON 10.07.2010 AT 11 AM WHICH WE CAME TO KNOW WHEN ONE LADY ANAESTHETIST CAME  TO DRAW BLOOD ON 09.07.2010 IN THE EVENING . WE ASKED HER WHY ARE YOU TAKING BLOOD FOR OPERATION WITHOUT OUR CONSENT SHE HARSHLY TOLD IT IS OUR FORMALITIES .WE REQUESTED HER AGAIN AND AGAIN NOT TO TAKE BLOOD AS  WE HAD ALREADY TAKEN DECISION TO SHIFT THE PATIENT FROM THEIR TRAP.
THEY WERE VERY MUCH EAGER TO MAKE A BIG AMOUNT OF BILL INSPITE OF PROPER TREATMENT AND NURSING.THEY COMPELLED ME TO WRITE OWING TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINT WE HAD TO SHIFT PATIENT.
THOUGH THE ORIGINAL PICTURE IS QUITE DIFFERENT. THEY WERE TRYING TO PUT IN TRAP FOR MONEY FOR WHICH THEY DIDN’T TREAT PROPERLY FOR THREE DAYS AND ALLOWED INTENTIONALLY TO GO TO ACUTE POSITION SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE A BILL OF THEIR CHOICE.
AN ORDINAY DOCTOR CAN TELL ABOUT APPENDICITIS BUT THEY DIDNOT TELL US THE TRUTH.

6.   The Paediatrician Dr. Bikash Bhattacharya personally told my wife that it can be treated without operation if we shift the patient to Peerless Hospital. However we shifted patient (my daughter) to Medica Superspeciality Hospital and Dr.Bikash Bhattacharya also telephoned over there to emergency  to get commission .IS HE A DOCTOR or BROKER

DETAILS OF THE HARRASSMENT WE FACED IN AMRI -HOSPITALS DHAKURIA
1.     WE HAD TO WAIT TWO AND HALF HOURS IN EMERGENCY TO SHIFT THE PATIENT FROM EMERGENCY TO PAEDIATRIC WARD THOUGH THE OLD BLDG.AND NEW BLDG. ARE VERY ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER  COORDINATOR TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.
2.     IN THE WARD THERE IS NONE TO CHECK THAT AIR BUBBLE  IS GOING ON THROUGH IV FLUID. EVERY TIME THEY CLEARED THE BUBBLE AFTER NOTICING THEM BY MY WIFE.
3.      THERE IS NO COORDINATION IN BETWEEN THE DOCTORS AS A RESULT WE BECAME HELPLESS.  EACH  ONE OF THEM CAME AND GAVE VERDICT THE NEXT ONE NULLIFIES THAT .THEY SIMPLY GAVE A ROUND TO GET FEES.
4.      EVERY DOCTOR IS REFERRING OTHERS UNNECESSARILY TO EARN JOINTLY FROM THE PATIENT PARTY
5.      WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF PATIENT PARTY HOW THE DOCTORS CAN BOOK OT AND TAKE BLOOD FOR ANESTHESIA WITHOUT INDULGENCE OF AMRI HOSPITALS.

WWICS Complaints – Fraud in Immigration process

This is Ravinder Singh Dahiya. I applied for immigration for Canada from WWICS Rajouri Garden office in April 2005 with file number (29562) and opted for Gold scheme which was of 1.2 lacs, in which the company offered to help in providing accommodation and job after I was provided visa by the Canadian Embassy. This money was supposed to be paid in installments according to the progress of my case, so I paid 30000 as initial amount to WWICS and 19000 as the immigration fee and was told that it would take around 4-5 years for immigration process to get finalized. In March 2009, I was contacted by WWICS Rajouri Garden office to submit my IELTS transcript to initiate my immigration process by the Canadian Embassy. The transcript was submitted in June 2009 by me and they told to me that I will receiving my medical test call in around a year’s time, which i waited eagerly for. After waiting till April 2010, I called WWICS office again and they told me to wait for a few more months and I will be receiving a medical test call in September 2010. Since there was no call in September, I contacted their office again and found that they had no information regarding my IELTS transcript in their system and told me that they might have misplaced it in their office. This came as a shock to me and I told them to locate it as soon as possible as it was just not only a transcript but my hardwork on which I have spent my money and time. What was more shocking to me was that they now told that it will take around 2 more years to get the immigration process complete.

So, I do not know what to do, please suggest me some way.
