Hi My name is “Jagan Mohan Raju” and the complaint number with Samsung customer care is 8443740094. I bought 40″ LED television and the LED kit went bad within year which is unacceptable , it also means that the TV I purchased is defective. Initially I spoke with many people by calling the Samsung customer care on +914030308282.. spoke with customer service reps like faisal etc it is huge list……. lastly today on 6th of September 2012 I spoke with Raja the supervisor and asked him to replace the TV since LED kit replacement was not good option, he told that he will check with bthe manager and get back to me and never called as promised so I called back and spoke with another supervisor called “Kamlesh” he told the same thing but did call me back after 10minutes and conferenced the call with service technician (onsite) at Hyderabad whose name was Mirza who is Team Leader. Being a team leader he is supposed to be as knowledge as onsite tech and need to know atleast how LED technology works , when asked hje said that he will only repair the TV as per warranty. Explained him that replacing LED kit will make the Tv shapeless and no idea how long it would sustain he was very rude and stated if I want he will repair it. It is 40″ TV where I spent 50000RS and don’t expect the LED screen to go bad within year.
The Biggest mistake in my life I did is purchasing Samsung Tv where I spent all my savings and its defective TV. now they say even though it is so we can only repair it.
