Fiinovation takes Rs. 1,18000/- in the name of csr funding project in 2017 . Still they make fool only .Fiinovation staff said in time of lockdown they are not able refund but after lockdown they were not refund . Nobody believe in this Fraud company in future . Beware from them.

Frankfinn institute Dibrugarh Assam complaints – Frankfinn institute Dibrugarh Assam reviews – Not refunding my fees
I am Dipshikha from Dibrugarh Assam. I went to the institute just for enquiry, they played a mind game with me and I took the addmission in frankfinn institute with amount Rs 33000 admission fee, monthly Rs 18750. After few days later due to financial issues I am not able to attend the training and I asked about refund but they are being rude to and their behaviour are not tolerable. I asked them several times about the money even I said them to return Rs 31000 but they didn’t agree. Now I can not concentrate my upcoming entrance exam, it affects my mentality. 33000 is big amount for us. Lots of students are faced the issue related with Frankfinn institute. With a hope I my whole issue. Please take a legal action against Frankfinn institute. HELP US PLEASE.

They are run like a mafia business, and they ask their clients to lie on their applications which is a crime.
They also lure the customers by saying they will refund the fees if the company fails in obtaining the visa, and when they fail they stop communicating and never refund the money.

Fiinovation is a fraudulent company. In the name of generating CSR funds for NGO’s, they ask you to sign a contract which cannot be enforced in a court of law. They collect an upfront fee of 4% of the value of the fund. Once paid, they have no interest in getting you the funds. They always scout for new NGO’s in order to cheat them. They speak well and appear professional but be wary of their intentions. The CEO of the company cannot be reached nor can you contact him. Be careful while dealing with them.
Fiinovation is a fraudulent company. They look for new NGO’s and collect a fee in the name of raising funds. Once the Contract is signed, there is no sign of the project taking off. The contract is one sided and does not have any legal standing. Once the money is paid, you can be rest assured that you will not get back your money. So be aware and do not enter into any such contract with this fraudulent company.

They hold themselves out as UK solicitors and barristers. I checked on the regulatory authorities’ websites on their registers and they were not listed there. One person there Mavra Naeem was aggressive to sign up but refused to provide detail or information before I paid up the fees.
One person by the name of Fizzah Jilani is held out as the ‘UK certified lawyer’. Not true, I checked all UK public records of barristers and solicitors and her name is not there. There people are scammers.
All signs of scam. I will report them to the authorities in the UK.

WWICS director Davinder Sandhu arrested – WWICS director Davinder Sandhu held in Mohali land case fraud
Chandigarh, India – After former Punjab DGP Sumedh Saini, the Punjab Vigilance Bureau has now arrested WWICS (World Wide Immigration Consultancy Service) director Davinder Sandhu, a co-accused with Saini in the Mohali land fraud case, in two-day custody. The Mohali court has remanded him in two-day police custody.
The Vigilance Bureau has informed that Sandhu along with now retired senior town planner Sagar Bhatia and Deputy director Ashok Sika along with others officials to get an agriculture land converted illegally into residential colonies at Kurali in 2013.
The VB has also arrested STP Sagar Bhatia. He is too remanded in two day police custody.
It has come to light that the state government suffered a loss of around 4 crores as the layout of the two colonies developed by Sandhu’s firm was approved illegally.
